1. Our Privacy Commitment
At Mathify, we take your privacy seriously. Our core philosophy is to build tools that work for you without needing to know who you are. Standard calculations run on your device; the optional AI calculator is clearly separated because it needs a network request.
2. Local Processing
Unlike many other online tools, Mathify performs the vast majority of standard calculations locally on your device. When you enter numbers into our calculators:
- The data is not sent to our servers.
- Calculations are performed by your browser's JavaScript engine.
- Your sensitive financial or health data never leaves your device during the calculation process.
4. AI Calculator Requests
If you use the AI calculator on the website or in the Mathify mobile app, the question you submit is sent securely to Mathify's AI service and DeepSeek so an answer can be generated. Do not include passwords, account credentials, or information that identifies another person. AI requests may be retained briefly for abuse prevention and reliability, are not used to build an advertising profile, and are not linked to a Mathify account. Native calculator inputs and explicitly saved local history remain on your device; the mobile app encrypts saved history and offers consent withdrawal and delete-all controls.
3. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not require user accounts, email registration, or any personal identification to use our calculators. We do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, or phone numbers.
- Specific values entered into calculators (e.g., your loan amount or BMI inputs).
- Personal files or data from your device.
5. Cookies and Analytics
To improve our website and provide a better user experience, we use standard web technologies:
Analytics
We do not use Google Analytics. If cookieless Plausible analytics is enabled, it measures aggregate page visits and product interactions without cookies, accounts, advertising profiles, calculator inputs, or result values.
Advertising
Mathify does not currently display advertisements and the mobile app ships without an advertising SDK. If advertising is introduced later, this policy will be updated first and the relevant consent and platform disclosures will be provided.
Local Storage
We use your browser's Local Storage to save your "Recent Calculations" history and your favourites. This is stored exclusively on your device, is never transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser data for this site.
6. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to other websites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
