By accessing or using Mathify (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

The Service includes the Mathify website at mathify.one and the Mathify mobile application for iOS and Android. These Terms apply to all of them. Your use of the mobile application is additionally subject to the terms of the app store you obtained it from.

2. Use of the Service

Mathify provides a collection of online calculator tools for personal and educational use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• The Service is provided for free without registration.
• You may not use the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair the site.
• Automated access (scraping, bots, etc.) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
• The mobile application is free, requires no account, and shows no advertising.
• Calculations you enter in the mobile application stay on your device. Questions you submit to the AI calculator are sent to Mathify and DeepSeek to generate an answer, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• AI-generated answers are produced automatically and may contain errors. They are informational only and are not financial, medical, legal, or tax advice. Verify anything you intend to act on.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Calculations should not be used as the sole basis for financial, medical, or legal decisions. We recommend consulting with a qualified professional for important matters.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Mathify, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mathify, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
